Agreement Formation, Duration, and Termination

After placing the items you wish to purchase in your cart, you have the option to proceed with your order. In order to shop at the website you need to register your information on the website. It’s your responsibility to make sure this information is correct and updated. You’re also responsible for keeping your password secret. Adding items to your cart expresses interest but does not mean the item is reserved. At this stage, an overview of your order will be presented. During this overview, you will have the option to choose your preferred delivery method. After selecting the delivery method, the total price you are to pay will be presented. You can review and make changes to the cart before completing your order. The order is finalized by clicking "Complete Purchase." Once you have completed your order, you are committed to purchasing the selected items. To ensure efficient order processing, please meticulously review all information before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after submission.

When we have received your order, it will be reviewed, and receipt will be confirmed by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided. However, this does not mean that an agreement has been entered into between us and you. The agreement arises only when the goods are shipped from our warehouse, and you have received confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. Until the agreement is entered into, we reserve the right to cancel part or all of your order if one or more items are out of stock. In such cases, we will inform you of which items have been canceled from the order. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the Terms.

According to Swedish law, Sneakers and Stuff does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. Payment Authorisation & Cardholder Responsibility

By completing a purchase on sneakersnstuff.com, you confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorised user of the selected payment method and that all payment details provided are true, accurate, and complete.

You understand that unauthorised use of a payment method may be considered fraud. In the event of suspected fraudulent or unauthorised use of a card or account, Sneakersnstuff reserves the right to cancel the order, block future purchases, and share relevant information and documentation with payment providers, card schemes, and law enforcement, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The agreement between you and Sneakersnstuff is valid until the delivery of your order has taken place. Regardless of whether the agreement has expired, your statutory rights such as the right to claim under warranty and other legal obligations will still apply.

Changing or Canceling an Order After Completion

Once your order has left the warehouse, there is no opportunity to change or cancel it. If you wish to add more items, you need to place a new order. If you regret your purchase or parts thereof, you need to return the parts of the order you no longer want after receiving them.

Prices and Payment Terms

Product Information

For each product, there is a so-called product page. The product page contains information about, among other things, the product's properties and its price. We reserve the right to any image and writing errors on www.sneakersnstuff.com. We have the right to correct such errors and to update or change the information on www.sneakersnstuff.com. If an incorrect price has been stated for a product you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before sending your order.

The images on www.sneakersnstuff.com should only be viewed as illustrations, and we do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the exact appearance or functions of the products. Some color differences may occur depending on resolution, photo quality, and screen display.

The fact that a certain product is available on www.sneakersnstuff.com at a certain time does not guarantee that this product will always be available. We, therefore, reserve the right to discontinue making a product available on www.sneakersnstuff.com at any time.

Prices

All prices on the website is shown in your local currency if possible, and if not, it’s shown in Euro (EUR) or U.S Dollar (USD). Payments are accepted in following currencies: Swedish Kronor (SEK), British Pound Sterling (GBP), US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR) and Danish Kronor (DKK). The cost of such additional fees will be imposed on you as a customer. SNS does not take responsibility for Custom and VAT fees.

If you have received confirmation of the order, you can claim your right to purchase the product at the stated price, but only as long as it is not obvious that the price is wrong or constitutes a typo and you acted in so-called "bad faith". We are therefore not bound to an order if you have realized or should have realized that the price stated at the website is too low, and we may cancel orders if this was to occur.

Final Pricing Policy

All prices are final once a purchase is completed at checkout. We do not offer price matching, and price adjustments will not be made after a sale. Discounts and promotions are time-limited and do not apply retroactively. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to the final price.

Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard)

SNS does not charge any fees when payments are made with debit- and credit card. Bear in mind your bank/credit card company may add transaction fees. SNS does not take responsibility for transaction fees charged by your bank/credit card company, and we do not refund these fees. The rate for your local currency is decided by your bank. All card transactions are made safely with Adyen payment system, and your card details are handled safely and encrypted on Adyen servers. SNS does not have access to your card details.

PayPal

SNS does not charge any fees when payments are made with PayPal. Bear in mind PayPal may add transaction fees. SNS does not take responsibility for transaction fees charged by PayPal and we do not refund these fees. Credit Check

SNS reserves the right to cancel orders made by customers that aren’t considered creditworthy or have a negative credit history. The maximum amount for purchasing with Klarna Invoice as payment method is dependent on Klarna’s assessment of your creditworthiness.

Direct payment via Internet Banking:

When you make a payment with direct payment via Internet Banking the value of the purchase is reserved from your account and the payment isn’t drawn until the order has been shipped. All direct payments are made safely with Trustly via Adyen payment system, and your account details are handled safely and encrypted on Adyen servers. SNS does not have access to your bank account details.

Agreements with third party service providers

In relation to the above payment methods with our services made available by third party service providers (i.e. PayPal and Klarna), SNS undertakes no responsibility or liability. For these services specific terms and conditions apply. We encourage you to read such terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute an agreement between you and the relevant third-party service provider.

Payment Authorization, Fraud Responsibility & Order Security

Confirmation of Authorized Payment
By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you are the lawful owner or an authorized user of the selected payment method. You expressly authorize Sneakersnstuff to charge the total amount of your order, including product cost, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.

Obligation to Report Unauthorised Use Immediately
If you suspect that your payment method has been used without your permission, you must contact Sneakersnstuff immediately.
This notification must occur before the order is shipped so we can attempt to cancel or stop the order.
Failure to notify us before fulfillment will result in the order being treated as authorized and valid.

Fraudulent Order Claims After Shipment
Sneakersnstuff cannot stop, recall, or modify an order that has already shipped.
If no fraud report is made prior to shipment, the order will be processed normally and delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Any claims of unauthorized use filed only after delivery will be evaluated using:

  • Carrier proof of delivery

  • Internal fulfillment records

  • Payment authorization data

  • Customer communication history

Delivery as Completion of Order
Delivery is considered completed once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. This includes GPS scan, signature, photographic evidence, safe-place delivery, or any carrier-approved delivery method.
Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Verification Requirements for Fraud Claims
Customers claiming unauthorized or fraudulent use after delivery must provide verifiable evidence of fraud.
Claims unsupported by documentation or filed only after successful delivery may not qualify for reimbursement under our policy.

Checkout Consent Requirement
By placing an order and clicking “Pay Now,” the customer confirms:

  • They are the authorized holder of the payment method

  • They agree to the Sneakersnstuff Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

  • They accept responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of personal and payment information provided

SNS Rights in Case of Fraudulent Activity
Sneakersnstuff reserves the right to cancel orders, block accounts, restrict future purchases, or request additional verification in cases of suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity. We may share relevant data with payment providers, card schemes, and law-enforcement authorities when required.

Delivery

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with details about the shipping method, tracking information, and estimated delivery date.

Prompt action by the customer is crucial in the event of any delivery delays or irregularities. This allows SNS to investigate and potentially resolve issues with the carrier before they escalate.

SNS provides a unique tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Customers are expected to actively monitor the shipment status using this information and report any concerns without delay.

SNS shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or lost packages resulting from the customer's failure to track their shipment or take timely action in the event of an issue.

Delivery Completion & Proof of Delivery

Delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. By completing a purchase, the customer accepts the carrier’s delivery confirmation—including GPS scan, signature, photo evidence, or safe-place delivery—as valid proof of delivery.

Once the carrier records the package as delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer, and SNS cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or misplacement occurring after confirmed delivery.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Environment

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is secure, accessible, and suitable for receiving parcels. SNS is not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced after delivery to mailrooms, building entrances, porches, shared areas, or other designated delivery points.

Condition of Goods on Delivery

The customer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any visible issues relating to the condition of the product, including signs of wear, prior use, or damage, must be reported to Customer Service without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 48 hours after delivery, together with supporting evidence (e.g. photos).

Claims relating to the condition of the goods that are reported after this period may be rejected, as such issues are considered to be apparent upon delivery and not hidden defects under applicable consumer protection laws. In such cases, we are unable to verify whether the condition existed at the time of delivery or occurred thereafter.

The US market website will clearly indicate which SNS entity you'll be contracting with on PDP. Indicated by terms "shipping from the US or EU ". Available from our US warehouse signify a contract with SNS Inc and from EU with Worldwide Sneakers AB.

Understanding Safe Place Delivery and Responsibility:

By placing an order with SNS, you acknowledge and agree that carriers may deliver your parcel according to their own delivery regulations and standard procedures. This may include leaving the parcel in a designated safe place at your address or handing it to someone present at your delivery address if you are not available to receive it.

If you miss a delivery attempt and take no action to manage, reschedule, or redirect the delivery before the next attempt, the carrier is authorised—under their own policies—to leave the parcel at your premises, such as at the entrance, mailroom, porch, or other accessible delivery locations, or to hand it over to an individual at that address.

Delivery is considered successfully completed once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. This includes confirmation via GPS scan, signature, photo evidence, safe-place delivery, or delivery to a person at the address. At that moment, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you, and SNS is not obligated to compensate for parcels that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.

SNS will, however, assist by investigating the matter with the carrier and will work toward a resolution when possible.

Claims:

SNS will make reasonable efforts to investigate and assist with reported delivery issues. However, SNS assumes no responsibility for claims regarding shipments where a significant amount of time has passed since the estimated delivery date, particularly if the customer did not report the issue promptly.

Delivery Inspection and Acceptance:

Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon receiving your order, you are encouraged to carefully inspect the packaging for any damage or signs of tampering.

Discrepancies and Damage: If you notice any discrepancies with your order (missing items, damaged packaging) or suspect damage to the contents, DO NOT ACCEPT the shipment.

Reporting Discrepancies: In such cases, immediately notify SNS using the contact form provided on our website. This allows us to promptly investigate and address the issue.

Acceptance and Claims:

Acceptance Acknowledgment: By accepting the shipment without reporting any discrepancies upon delivery, you acknowledge that the packaging appeared undamaged, and the contents seemed complete at the time of receipt.

Limited Refunds for Late Claims: Claims for missing items, damaged contents, or incorrect shipments reported after delivery acceptance may be subject to limited refund options. This is due to the difficulty in verifying the condition of the shipment after acceptance.

Unclaimed/Undelivered Packages

We reserve the right to charge for the costs incurred in handling unclaimed packages or missed deliveries (such as return shipping and handling fees). Therefore, we charge the below stated fees if a package is not picked up. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you must first pick up the package and then return it as described below.

If a package is marked as “return to sender” or refused by the customer before delivery, it is treated as an unclaimed/undelivered package and the stated fee will apply.

Please also note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Partial Deliveries

If you have ordered several products in the same order and one of the products cannot be delivered with the other products, we will remove the unavailable product from your order and notify you accordingly. Any refund of the amount paid will be made in accordance with section 10. If the product becomes available again, it will be made available on https://www.sneakersnstuff.com/ and you can place a new order.

Temporary Campaigns

We may from time to time offer campaigns that may involve more favorable terms than those stated in these Terms. The favorable terms will apply during the period in which the campaign is active and for the products affected by the current campaign. We always have the right to withdraw a campaign before an agreement has been entered into between you and Sneakers and Stuff. Once the campaign is over, the terms revert to these Terms.

Orders Delivered via Forwarding Companies

Responsibility for Forwarding Companies

If a customer chooses to use a forwarding company to deliver their order to a location different from the original shipping address, the risk and responsibility for the package are transferred to the customer once the order is successfully delivered to the forwarding company. It is the customer's responsibility if the shipment is stolen or damaged by the forwarding company after delivery is completed.

Return Labels and Incorrect Items

In cases where an incorrect or defective item is delivered: Return labels can only be issued from the original shipping destination. If the order has been forwarded to another location by the customer’s chosen forwarding company, the customer is responsible for securing and covering the cost of the return label. The company is not liable for delays, additional shipping costs, or loss or damage incurred during forwarding by a third party.

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be processed once the returned item is physically received back at our warehouse. This is a necessary condition for issuing any refund or processing any claims related to the item. Any claims for incorrect or defective items must include evidence of the item being returned to our warehouse (e.g., return tracking information). We reserve the right to refuse or delay any refund until the returned item has been received and processed at our warehouse.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated per order, not per individual item. The shipping cost displayed and charged at checkout is based on the order as a whole and covers handling, packing, and carrier costs.

If an item is cancelled or refunded after an order is placed (for example, due to stock availability), the refund will apply to the item value only. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be recalculated or partially refunded if one or more items from the order are cancelled or refunded.

Limitation of Liability

The company’s liability is limited to ensuring the correct item is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Any additional services, forwarding, or handling performed by third-party companies are beyond the company’s control and responsibility.

Bulk Orders & Freight-Based Shipping

Bulk Orders
Orders containing 10 or more items (or any order that, in our assessment, exceeds standard parcel size or weight limits) may be classified as a Bulk Order.

Bulk Orders are not eligible for standard shipping rates.
Shipping costs for these orders will be calculated based on volume, weight, packaging requirements, and destination.
Customers will be contacted if additional shipping fees apply before the order is dispatched.

Right to Cancel or Adjust Orders
Sneakersnstuff reserves the right to:

  • Cancel Large or Bulk Orders that violate purchase limits, stock restrictions, or fairness policies

  • Request additional shipping payment

  • Split shipments into multiple parcels

  • Apply freight-based pricing where necessary

Processing Time
Bulk Orders may require additional processing time due to size, handling, and logistics.

Return Policy

Returns & Claims

SNS is committed to providing a clear, secure, and traceable return and claims process. To ensure proper handling and eligibility for refunds, customers must strictly follow the procedures below.

How to Start a Return or Claim

All returns or claims must be initiated within 30 days from confirmed delivery.

  • EU orders:
    Returns and claims must be initiated exclusively via the Loop Returns portal using the email linked to the order and the order number.
  • UK & other regions:
    Customers must contact Customer Service first and receive return instructions before sending any item back.

Returns that are not initiated through the correct process will not be handled or accepted under any circumstances.

Mandatory Process & Authorization

  • EU orders:
    Loop Returns is the only valid and accepted return method, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and validation.
  • UK & other regions:
    Returns must be explicitly approved by Customer Service prior to shipment.
  • Returns sent without authorization or outside the required process will be:
    • Rejected,
    • Not processed, and
    • May incur handling and administrative fees

In exceptional cases where SNS allows a return outside the standard process, additional handling fees may apply.

By initiating a return (via Loop or Customer Service), the customer agrees in advance to the return method, applicable fees, and final refund amount, which constitutes a binding agreement.

Return Shipping, Labels & Fees

  • EU orders (Loop):
    A return shipping label will be provided after completing the return process. A return fee of €10 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
  • UK & other regions:
    Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own return shipping, unless otherwise instructed. Return costs may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

The return shipping fee and original shipping fee are both non-refundable, except where SNS confirms fault (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).

If a parcel is:

  • Refused
  • Not collected
  • Returned to sender

It will be treated as a customer return, and handling and restocking fees may apply.

Claims (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Claims must be submitted without delay after the issue is identified.

To support a claim, customers must provide clear photos of:

  • The damage or issue
  • The item’s size tag
  • The packaging

Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Shoeboxes must not be damaged (they are part of the product)
  • Items must be securely packed, with the return label clearly visible

Items that are:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Soiled
  • Damaged
  • Missing components
  • Emitting strong odors

may be:

  • Rejected, or
  • Subject to a partial refund to account for loss of value

Items that are worn, damaged, or returned in an unsellable condition may be rejected and not returned to the customer.

Inspection, Refunds & Limitations

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned items are physically received and inspected
  • Refunds are processed only for verified items received by SNS
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

SNS is not responsible for:

  • Returns not received
  • Parcels sent without valid tracking
  • Items lost in transit due to improper shipping by the customer

Fraud Prevention, Weight Verification & Protection

To prevent fraud and ensure accuracy:

  • SNS records:
    • Original shipment weight
    • Individual item weights
    • Outbound parcel weight

Returned parcels must correspond to the original shipment.

If a return is:

  • Empty
  • Missing items
  • Containing incorrect items
  • Showing weight discrepancies

SNS reserves the right to:

  • Reject the return
  • Adjust the refund
  • Provide evidence to payment providers (e.g. PayPal) or authorities

Mandatory Proof of Shipment

Customers must obtain an official drop-off receipt including:

  • Tracking number
  • Parcel weight
  • Date and timestamp

Returns sent via:

  • Unattended mailboxes
  • Parcel bins
  • Locations without weight verification

may be rejected if discrepancies occur.

The customer is fully responsible for providing valid proof of shipment.

High-Volume Returns (Over 10 Items)

Orders exceeding 10 items may require multiple shipments due to size and weight limits.

Any additional shipping costs or labels are the customer’s responsibility.

Strict Return Policy & Final Conditions

  • Returns must match the original order (correct items, sizes, and styles)
  • Incorrect or unrelated items will be forfeited without refund
  • Claims must be submitted promptly

Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

  • Return rejection
  • Partial refunds
  • Handling or restocking fees

Withdrawal Rights (for customers in EU only)

Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product(s), in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act (2005:59) and EU consumer law.

Conditions for a valid withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • The product(s) must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.

  • Items must be returned in substantially unchanged condition, meaning they may only be handled to the extent necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and size (similar to trying them on in a store).

  • Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

Refunds under the right of withdrawal

Once a valid withdrawal is completed and the return is received and approved, we will refund:

  • The price paid for the product(s)

  • The original standard outbound shipping cost (if applicable)

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item may result in a partial refund, as permitted by EU law.

Important information about refusal of delivery

Refusing delivery, failing to collect a parcel, or allowing a shipment to be returned to sender does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal.

Such cases are treated as unclaimed or undelivered shipments and are handled according to our general Terms & Conditions. Additional fees (such as return shipping or handling costs charged by the carrier) may be deducted from the refund in these cases.

How to initiate a withdrawal

The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to:

  • Submit a request through our customer service platform or return portal

  • Clearly state “Withdrawal” in your message or subject line

Once your request is received, we will guide you through the return process.

Deviations

We reserve the right for possible typos, and we cannot guarantee that all the pictures on our website present exactly what the product looks like. The way the colour turns out can depend on what type of screen you’re viewing the product on and the settings on the screen.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order which contains products that have received an incorrect price due to a typo or to edit/cancel an order containing a product which has an incorrect stock balance.

We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations where we are prevented from delivering the product(s) due to circumstances beyond our or our suppliers' control (for example, in the event of a war, extreme weather conditions, power or network outages, work strike or blockade). In such situations, we shall have the right to postpone the completion of the delivery. We will notify you by way of email of the obstacle directly and how it affects the ability to perform according to the agreement. If such notice is not given within a reasonable time after we became aware of or should have become aware of the obstruction, we are obliged to pay compensation for the damage that you could have avoided if the notice was delivered in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, design rights and copyrights on the website, vest in SNS and/or it’s collaboration partners and may not be used for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from SNS. All use of the website and its content, including copying or storing such content, regardless if it is the content in whole or in part, is prohibited without obtaining prior written consent from SNS, except if the use is for your own personal, non-commercial use.
