Apron Records x Dickies

Apron Records x Dickies

UK-based record label Apron Records partners with durable workwear pioneers Dickies to introduce the "Just Ah Lil' Bit!" collection, inspired by the founder of Apron Records, Steven Julien’s missions from London to the coast in search of the iconic 874 pant. Nodding to SJ’s own story - from his grandfather serving 99 Flakes in Shepherd’s Bush to his early pilgrimages to Brighton to cop the Dickies staple pants - the collaboration filters vintage graphics through Apron’s signature tongue-in-cheek tone.

Born from Texas roots with a rich history in uniform and servicewear, Dickies has been a go-to for durable style for decades. This drop spins that legacy into a format fit for the dance  — a playful twist on the 50s ice cream parlour uniform, built from Dickies’ iconic silhouettes. The collection includes an Eisenhower jacket, classic 874 pants, 13” work shorts, and short-sleeve workshirts with playful embroidered logos and screen-printed graphics, alongside accompanying tees - made to serve. The phrase “Just Ah Lil’ Bit!” appears throughout, a nod to Julien’s single LIL’BIT lifted from 2024’s Wraap’t EP.

The Apron Records x Dickies collection is exclusively available at SNS London, Sneakersnstuff.com (UK only), and apronrecords.com
