Shipping & handling
We will always try to ship your order within 1 to 5 business days from the day you placed your order. Usually If you make your order before 09.00 am GMT+1 we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.
Brexit
The UK has left the EU from 1 January 2021. All shipments from SNS to the UK will be sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) which means you, as a consumer, will not need to pay any additional duties.
Please note:
- Due to an increased volume of orders during particular releases, sales or holidays, the handling of your order may take a few days extra. We are doing our best to get all orders out as soon as possible.
- Orders containing 6 or more items may be shipped using another service than listed below.
Europe
Most orders within Europe will be shipped with UPS.
Estimated delivery time: 2-6 working days.
USA and Canada
The majority of orders are shipped from our warehouses in Europe and your contract is with Sneakersnstuff AB.
In some cases you will be able to order from our US based warehouse, in which case your contract will be with Sneakersnstuff Inc, a company incorporated in Delaware, with company number 47-2901137.
Your choice of which SNS entity to contract with will be made clear on your website journey. Terms referring to “shipping from the US” or “available from our US warehouse” refer to that the contract will be formed with Sneakersnstuff Inc.
