Adidas LA Trainer was first released in 1984 for the Summer Olympics in L-A. The big news around the Adidas LA Trainer was the Vario Shock Absorption pegs. The Vario pegs had different shock absorption and stability depending on the color of the peg, and were exchangeable. Today there is no function left, even though the pegs are still there. But the Adidas LA Trainer is still a very comfortable shoe to walk the streets in.
